Step 1: Visit the official website, i.e., upneet.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, under the ‘Latest Updates’ click on the link that reads, ‘UP State merit list of UPNEET PG (MD/MS/Diploma) Medical 2024 Round 3 and onwards’
Step 3: A new page with a PDF file will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Check the round 3 merit list and download it for future reference.
